Corbett National Park
Said to be India’s most beautiful wildlife sanctuary the Jim Corbett National Park was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the imposing Bengal Tigers. Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand, this National Park is home to a rich ecosystem and consists of rolling grasslands interspersed with rivers and valleys. An ideal place for bird watchers and nature lovers, this national park in North India contains 488 different species of plants and a diverse variety of fauna. Corbett National Park is the oldest and one of the best among all national parks in India.

Gir Forest National Park
Located near Talala, Gir in Gujarat, The Gir Forest National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is a forest and wildlife sanctuary established in 1965. It’s the sole home of the Asiatic lion (Panthera leo persica) in the wilderness, and is one of the most important protected areas in Asia due to its supported species. When it started, there were only 12 lions there, the number has now grown to reach nearly 600.
Other animals that one might spot here include sambar, chinkara, chital, porcupine, wild boar, black buck and others. Tourists can enjoy jeep safaris here, towards early mornings, afternoons and early evenings.

Kaziranga
Popularly known as the home of the “Big Five”, Kaziranga National Park is the perfect place to spot a few wild animals such as Rhinoceros, Tiger, Elephant, Wild Buffalo and Swamp Deer.
Kaziranga National Park – one of the world heritage sites, the park hosts two-thirds of the world’s Great One-horned rhinoceros. Kaziranga also boasts of the highest density of tigers among the protected areas in the world and was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006. Covering an area of 378 sq km, the park also offers shelter to bears, leopards, and several species of local and migratory birds, but the biggest attraction remains the one horned Rhino. Sighting of tigers can be difficult due to the tall grasses that provide excellent camouflage, their presence can be felt everywhere by way of pug marks, kills and territorial markings.

Sundarban National Park
Sunderbans national park is located at the South Eastern tip of the 24 Paraganas district in the state of West Bengal. The Sundarbans are a part of the world’s largest delta formed by the rivers Ganges, Brahmaputra and Meghna. This area has a silent charm that manages to amaze one with the simplicity and naturalness of its ecological balance in spite of offering habitat to some of the most dynamic and awe inspiring flora and fauna. They are in fact the last remaining stands of the mighty jungles which once covered the Gangetic plain and the sustainability of this natural structure is pretty majestic. The mysterious mangrove forests are home to the Royal Bengal Tiger and several other species of animals. If you want to feel the beauty of spirituality then this is the place to be. Sundarbans is a replica of the miracles of nature and shows us the importance of the ecosystem. A trip to Sundarbans is thus, a perfect escape from the hectic life into the lap of Mother Nature.

Satpura
Away from crowded wildlife sanctuaries Satpura National Park is the right place for real wildlife lovers. It is the place where every true wildlife lover should visit to appreciate the peaceful jungle, away from hustle & bustle of safari jeeps, beautiful hilly terrains, deep gorges, rivulets, untouched forest locations etc. Satpura National Park is home to a terrain most unique, with sandstone peaks, dense forests, narrow gorges and deep ravines. Here one can do jeep safari, elephant safari, walking safari & boat safari. The unspoiled Highland eco-system of Satpura National Park is unique in nature and was established in 1981.
You can spot a large variety of wildlife here, including leopards, wild boar, bears, black buck, several kinds of deer, and a several species of birds.

Eravikulam National Park
Eravikulam National Park situated along the summit of the Western Ghats in the high ranges of Idduki district of Kerala. This is also the land of “Neelakurinji”, a flower that blooms once in twelve years. The Park is breathtakingly beautiful and is easily comparable to the best of mountain ranges in the Alps. The park holds the maximum viable population of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr including other little known fauna Nilgiri marten, ruddy mongoose, small clawed otter, dusky striped squirrel etc. Some of the other animals spotted here are Elephant, Nilgiri langur, Nilgiri Tahr, Nilgiri marten, small-clawed otter and a rare tiger or leopard and Nilgiri wood pigeon. Mostly the park is busted with rolling grasslands, but several patches of shola forests are also found in the upper part of the valley.
